Q. What are the rates for your services?
A. As each physician’s office is unique and our services are customized to fit your
needs, we cannot establish pricing until we learn more about your practice and your special needs, we answer all quote requests within 24-48 hours and most are much sooner.
Q. Sending my billing out of my office makes me a little uncomfortable, what can you do to ease my mind about this?
A. Every new change makes us feel uneasy at first, like hiring a new employee. How many times have you had a biller not work out for lack of experience or education? Look at the benefits of outsourcing your billing. It keeps the costs down, no benefits or raises to pay. Your billing service stays educated at their expensed to stay ahead of the competition and their main goal is to service their clients. No more employee turnover! No more training! Wouldn’t that be a better feeling?
Q. Where will my payments go?
A. You are still in control of your money as you always have been. Payments are sent directly to you and you can immediately deposit them. You then forward copies of the EOB’s to us for payment posting.
Q. Can you do more than process my claims?
A. We are a Full Practice Management Billing Service with a variety of services to enable your staff to attend to more important issues. Review our Services page for more information.
Q. What information do you need to do our billing?
A. This is a list of items necessary to do your billing: copies of Superbills or encounter forms signed by the physician with procedure and diagnosis codes, copies of patient information sheet, copies of (front/back) insurance cards, copies of EOB’s, copies of patient payments, copies of Doctors information such as Tax ID, UPIN number, address and phone numbers, and any other information that is needed for accurate and prompt processing. We never except any originals these would still be kept in your office. List of providers insurance identification numbers, list of providers participating insurance companies.
Q. How will I get my information to you?
A. There are several ways to get your information to our office: the U.S. Mail, Courier Service, going to your office, or our fax. Faxing to our office means it comes into a confidential office.
